Crawlloween Wristband Pickup: Times and Locations

You need a physical wristband to walk a Crawlloween route. Here is where and when to get one, for every crawl-night on the schedule.

Bring valid government-issued photo ID. 21+, no exceptions, at pickup and at every venue on the route. Collecting for a friend takes their barcode or QR code.

Check-in

Our check-in promise

Nobody at the table is the third most common complaint in this business. Here is what we do about it.

We cap every window

When you buy, you choose a check-in window. We sell a fixed number of wristbands per window and then that window closes. It closes because it is full, not because a timer said so.

Staff are there for the whole window

Not the first half hour. Named staff, with the list, from the minute the window opens until it closes.

Every window has a backup location

Published alongside the main one, on this page, before the night. If something happens to a venue, you already know where to go and you find out by text as well.

If you wait longer than ten minutes

If you arrive inside your window and the wait is longer than ten minutes, tell the staffer at the table.

2026

2026 pickup windows

One pickup party earlier in the week, then night-of check-in at each route's own venue.

Pickup party Venue, date and hours publish here with the confirmed lineup. In 2025 this ran on the Thursday, 8pm to midnight.
Night-of check-in Each route's check-in venue, its window times and its named backup location publish here with the confirmed lineup. In 2025 both routes ran a four-hour window, 5pm to 9pm.
Window caps Every window has a fixed number of wristbands. When a window fills, it closes and you pick another.
All Access holders First pick of check-in windows, before single-neighborhood tickets go on sale. Whether All Access is one wristband for the whole weekend or one per night is an open decision.

How pickup ran in 2025

Published while the 2026 schedule is pending, because it shows the shape works.

Thursday, pickup party

Joy District, 112 W Hubbard St, 8pm to midnight. Attendee-only. Halloween pre-crawl party, candy, the costume-prize briefing, and a free shot for the first hundred people through the door.

Friday, night-of pickup

River North: Hubbard Inn, 110 W Hubbard St, 5pm to 9pm.
West Loop: Reading Room, 858 W Lake St, 5pm to 9pm.

A four-hour window on the night, plus a four-hour window two days earlier. We are keeping that shape and extending it across three nights.

What to bring

Valid government-issued photo ID

21 and over, no exceptions, at pickup and at every venue on the route.

Your ticket barcode or QR code

On your phone or printed.

Collecting for a friend?

You need their barcode or QR code. Their name, their order number read aloud, or a screenshot of their text will not do it. Staff will turn you away, and that is on purpose, because the alternative is handing a stranger someone else's wristband.

The wristband goes on at pickup and stays on

Cut it off and it is done.
